Shelley Trew (Licence ID: 01327081) has lived in San Francisco since January 1990 after 2 year stints in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Gainesville, Florida. Prior to moving to the United States Shelley was born and raised in England where much of his family still resides. He holds a BSc from the University of London, and an MA from the University of Florida.

Shelley has a wealth of experience in the complex San Francisco real estate market, which has changed significantly during his 17 years here, and has recently represented both Buyers and Sellers in the diverse San Francisco neighborhoods of Noe Valley, Bernal Heights, Eureka Valley, Potrero Hill, South Beach, SOMA, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, Pacific Heights, Hayes Valley, Haight Ashbury, Twin Peaks, Cole Valley, Castro, Glen Park, Sunset and Richmond.

As an expert on real estate issues that impact San Francisco residents and real estate investors, he has sold a variety of property types throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, including single-family residences, luxury condominiums, Lofts, Co-Ops, residential investment and commercial property, and Tenancy in Common’s (TIC’s). Shelley has also developed property through condominium conversions, construction and renovations.

Shelley has seventeen years plus corporate real estate experience as a Real Estate Consultant to major National Retailers, including Home Depot, Safeway, and shopping center developers. He has performed real estate analysis and strategic planning including four years as Director of Real Estate Strategy for Gap Inc., directing the North American real estate development and rollout for Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy brands.
